When I took science classes as a kid, I remember the science text books saying how scientists haven’t completely settled on weather or not viruses should be classified as a living microorganism or not, and the fact that Pluto will not officially become the 9th planet from the sun until August 1999.
@Acres
Is it? I thought they settled that viruses were NOT considered living organisms on the grounds that they don’t reproduce like any other organism since they always need to rely on the cells and genetic material of other organisms to manufacture themselves.
They’ve got enough genetic code to produce more of themselves when they infect a cell. That’s alive enough for me. Just parasites scaled down to the single-cell level.
The American DVD/blurays for Digimon Adventure Tri and Last Evolution use the Saban English names and terminology in the subs for the Japanese version. It gets just as confusing as you’d think.
The Battle of Stirling Bridge is named as such because there was a bridge on which the battle was fought that played a key role in the Scottish victory. It wasn’t fought on a big empty perfectly mowed field like in Braveheart.
