Actually, that still differs between dialects. I have heard both ways.

If I recall correcticly, hot coffee and cold coffee taste good where as room temperature coffee tastes bad because coffee contains some sciencey bitter chemical that tastes bad but those particular taste buds don’t work properly when they’re too hot or too cold so you don’t notice the chemical in hot or cold coffee, only room temperature coffee.

Climate change originally referred to global cooling. They use “climate change” in case they want to switch it up again. It reduces the amount of reprinting necessary.
