Amazing! …and to my suprise, my state of Texas doesn’t have a offical drink at all! To add to your fact. Apparently al our neighbours except “New Mexico claim “milk are among team milk
Sure you can make the case for Milk with our dairy industry, but all of our neighboring states except New Mexico claim that and why be on par with everyone else? I love milk and Texas Dairy Council by the way. Maybe Big Red instead? I like your thinking but outside of Texas the other Waco drink doesn’t have the fare the good doctor has. Sweet Tea is a contender too but again I strive for something that’s a Texan original.

Montana’s state drink is the Boilermaker. It’s a pint of beer with a shot of whiskey poured into it.

Edit on further research, it seems that this is only customary. Montana doesn’t have any official state drink.

You are correct! A passionate Dr Pepper drinker I am not, but it is the main soda* I drink in the rare times I do. A Texas staple, it has certainly played 3rd fiddle to the two major players. Probably problems with youth and city slickers. I mean, it is still very popular in the smaller towns but some of the resteraunts in Texas actually have dropped it over the years and some of their other brands I don’t see much anymore like 7up (think kind of link Sprite). Denied a merger with Coke Cola in the 1990s it struggled to get its act together, finally merging with Keurig Company feels a lot more like a normal corporation now. Kind of like Waterburger Something just feels off with it being based elsewhere.

*Bonus useless fact time. Most Texans call Soda “Coke”, like a lot of the south. I wasn’t raised with this though.

Know this feeling. There is a certain place where I have posted somewhere around 40% to 50% of all posts. It’s what ya get when you have specific niches or aren’t into any of the crowds on social media.

For Apple Jack, he was fantasying about Rarity there… though I will give you some moments which could be used as shipping fuel between them, I am uncertain of any moment one could argue Spike ever showing a crush towards her.

As for Twilight Sparkle. Spike strongest care has been either as a younger brother or Twilight as his Mother or a loyal pet… awkwardly

Stanley Kubrick is infamous for reshooting scenes a whole shitton of times. This was especially true in Full Metal Jacket. He kept having one actor (I don’t remember who) keep redoing the same scene and the actor finally asked him “what do you want me to do,” to which Kubrick simply replied “act better.”

I remembering hearing of 2001: A Space Odyssey being awful for some of the actors considering how the did the space scenes and simulated zero gravity at the time. He was too perfectionist though I can respect it in a era “fix it in post”.

The moon landings were faked. The US government hired Stanley Kubrick to make the phony moon landing footage–and he was such a perfectionist, he built his own rocket and filmed the phony moon landing on the moon.
