@ANoobis
If I am going to be real, I am not very mad, but part of it just feels off that they are “ending” it and rebooting. I didn’t like the transition to CGI and I haven’t watched it since I was a kid but it still brings and odd, perhaps sad, feeling upon me.
Some of this just feels wrong
“Besides the trains themselves, the island itself plays a huge part and I can’t speak highly enough of our design team that’s come up with this beautiful environment. The Island of Sodor was originally off the coast of England, that’s not really important, it’s not part of the story. It’s an island, it’s separate from everywhere else, every town, every city is connected by rail. Rail is the primary source of transportation. This island is very diverse, you have desert canyons, lush countryside, seaside towns, industrial mining towns, etc.”
There is a lore, a history,
that is being abandoned here . Don’t get me wrong. I have heard that the show stopped caring about a lot of it old stuff and was far from the show I knew as I kid in the olden days of model trains and britishness still showing thrown in the American version, but it still feels like that is a formal death to something special.

Honestly, I don’t like the 2d but it could still be better and more interesting then 3d models if I am being honest.
@Fleur de Lis
I’ll take this as a bad omen.
@TheGamerPainter
Is there a connection?
@Adan Druego
I may just rewatch to see if I can find that supposed house!
