Such a statement is like saying all dogs, cats, bears, Horses, and other animals like Chimpanzees, Gorillas, and Insects like bees and moths are the same, save for perhaps some outward distinctions. While there are only so many different personality types and such that exist among humans, those differences, similar to literal taxonomic classifications such that of breed, and race/subspecies; however small as it it may be compared to the rest of the mammalian genome, that different percentage is important.
