Anywho, The people at New Line Cinema and Horror inc. should seriously be putting more effort into taking the time to re-locate and restore the original, uncut versions of “Friday the 13th” Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and maybe 8. The very first Friday the 13th movie. got released uncut release in some countries back into the day, and is also available on both DVD and Blu ray. Ditto for “Friday the 13th” Part 9: Jason goes to Hell; the latter also has many scenes that were edited to be shorter, if not taken out for the main theatrical release, but a good deal of those scenes, including the original ending, have been preserved.
