Automatic transcript from my call with Amazon. It has to be automatic because there’s so many mistakes. In the transcript they ask me my email address and I said “I think it’s this” (I’ve got a few and I’m not sure which one is linked to the Amazon account). The automatic transcript says “I think it’s pissed.” Maybe you want to fix your algorithm there because that’s a pretty big mistake.
