Fake Viagra called Xiagra. Let’s look at the ingredients.
Shilajit - biproduct of plant decomposition, contains fulvic acid which is being investigated as a treatment for Alzheimer’s
Monoatomic gold - inert metal (coloring?)
Ash of silver - inert metal (coloring?)
Elettaria cardamom - spice, much less than used in normal cooking
asparagus racemosus - woody plant used to treat a whole ton of unrelated health issues (HIV, diabetes, lactation problems, antioxidant, etc.) probably as a placebo
monoatomic iron - essential trace metal; 40 mg is a lot, but another ingredient contains l-DOPA which decreases iron absorption, so this might be to counteract the side effects of the other ingredient
epimedium - PDE5 inhibitor (weak) vasodialator
pistachio lentiscus - edible seed, good source of several essential vitamins and minerals; can reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and can also treat hangovers
mimosa podia - ornimental plant, sometimes a weed species in agriculture; very mildly toxic in doses so low it shouldn’t affect humans, sometimes used to treat hemorroids and urinary infections; traditional use is also decreases female fertility, so I guess men are supposed to take it as birth control somehow?
myristica fragrant - spice, may cause intoxication, delirium, confusion, hallucinations at higher doses, also used to cause abortions at higher doses, so it’s another ingredient I’m surprised is in fake viagra
cloves - spice, clove oil is sometimes used as a topical analgesic
saffron - spice and coloring
mucuna pruirient - bean, used in itching powder, contains high amounts of l-DOPA which is converted to dopamine in the brain
maltodextrin - added to food products for texture
chlorophytum borivilianum - endangered leaf vegetable, traditional aphrodesiac that is poorly studied
In all it contains some useful vitamins and minerals and a drug that might help with erections, it also contains several ingredients that don’t seem to do anything, and a couple of birth control ingredients, so I guess you take this if you want to have sex but don’t want to have kids. It’s probably harmless, probably mildly effective, but to be honest you can get generic Viagra for $2 per pill, where as this is close to $5 per pill and it’s not anywhere near as effective, so you’re paying more for a crappier product.
