This is a reference to this series of memes. The “tink tink tink” is as one would do with a spoon and a glass of champagne to take the rooms attention. There was a whole suite of memes born on 4chan that just amounted to them dabbing on the volunteer moderation staff. Even songs.
 
It’s actually a time honored tradition at this point, started because mods sometimes would delete threads that were near-universally seen as a “good thread” by those participating in them. And thus this snowball was thrown, and from that moment an avalanche of memetics against imageboards mods was born.
 
And now I’m guilty of spoonfeeding cuz I didn’t tell you to lurk moar.
