Transexual people (even fake ones like Chris) are never put in general population for safety reasons so that’s never going to happen.  
Knowing Chris’s crazy dumb luck he will be released next month after his hearing is over, hoever he doesn’t have a place at his old home anymore and is anyone’s guess how he will react after finding out that his prized toys, comics and games were thrown out.

For the most part, outside of specialty sites like Kiwi Farms, Shadman’s arrest seems to be mostly forgotten, even though it happened later. Chris-chan still gets referenced regularly by randos in comment sections. I guess he’s still lolcow prime, even on the inside.

There’s also the fact that it’s hard to beat “raped his own mother” as attention-getting stories go.

It’s seeming more and more likely that Chris will avoid the rape charge. Barb appears to have refused the rape kit, and people following the case think she’s not cooperating with the rape charges. And because he lives in Virginia, if Chris is just convicted of incest, he wouldn’t even have to register as a sex offender. A jail sentence with credit for time served is starting to look like a possible outcome.

Chris’s next hearing is this Thursday. Whatever happens to him that day is anyone’s guess.

The law says that if Chris is declared as mentally unfit to live on his own, the state must provide him with a place to live and services to keep sure he’s okay.  
He will not be left all alone on the streets.

Well, Kiwifarms revealed that among the things Chris has said of late, he claimed that he will disobey any order about not being allowed to go back into his house (aka his holy sonichu church sanctuary) and also claimed he used to jizz on his mom’s breakfast (for his “soul healing” purposes) at a regular basis, so even if he’s put on a grupal home he’s still likely to screw up and be sent to prison.

How the hell is that fair? I’m injured, can barely walk, and in pain 24/7 for 9 years, most jobs are inaccessible to me and as a result I’ve been unemployed more than I’ve been employed because the only jobs that want me are jobs that want me to carry weights long distances all day which I can’t do, and legit disabled me isn’t getting free anything from the government, and this fatass sack of shit who has never worked a day in his life rapes his mom and gets treated like a king.

If it serves as a consolation, Chris’ case got another continuance, so he will spend his 40th birthday all alone in jail.
