Exactly. Definitely nuke Seattle. I’ll sacrifice Valve if it means the complete obliteration of Microsoft, Amazon, and Starbucks. Also, Mod Pizza is cringe so they can go as well.

Silicon Valley is like a giant crystal meth lab. Such production has no place in socialist construction and should be destroyed.
Besides, most of the related means of production are located in Asia, and could be repurposed after nuking the aforementioned cities.

No, the means of production must be destroyed. The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race, and we must now return to tradition.
Also, if you ever went to the Bay Area, you too would question how many of those creatures even qualify as “people.”
@Fleur de Lis
Exactly.

I read that, and while tradition does have a place for sure, tradition is not the same everywhere. Humans aren’t all alike, and not just in regards to skin color, eye color, or height, mind you. Everything being better before the Industrial Revolution? Not completely true, actually. Ironic seeing as you posted that via a computer, complete with a CPU and GPU.
I know that San Francisco has a lot of idiotic NPC folks these days, so one-sided, soylent, and narcissistic, overall. It deserves more of a shattering destruction by Earthquake, Tsunami, or whatever than Seattle by a couple bits.

The criticism of civilisation, technology and industry has a lot of truth.
But there is no way to return to tradition. Civilised people will never be able to survive in nature.
Maybe civilised people will die out, and only the most primitive populations will remain.
Or maybe the dying civilisation will cause human extinction.
But either way, it’s over for us.

Yes, there is a lot of truth to that, but which criticisms are valid and truthful? Why must civilization die out. Ted K., as right as he was about many things, such as the abuse of power by many technocratic headmasters, and certain aspects of environmental damage, I don’t think that all civilized people are incapable of learning to survive in nature. Plus, Ted became a tad overzealous in his bombing of people who were in newer tech. Not all progress is actually good, that’s for sure, but change is the law of the universe, ultimately.
>Its over for us.
Ok sure, be like that, Doomer. Say what you will, but I don’t think all or even most post industrial tech is evil or bad in and of itself. What usually matters most is how its implemented. There are other factors besides industrialization, mind you, and if you want, you could leave your city, town and become a hermit in the woods.

Just to be clear, I was making a prediction, not a moral judgement.

I will.
