I don’t think Elon Musk buying Twitter is actually going to change anything.
 
Twitter is, and has always been, a human cesspit. All the people threatening to leave are probably too addicted to actually leave unless they get banned. The staff could always resist or undermine any attempts to change the site.
 
How the fuck do we know he’s actually going to fulfill any of his promises, anyway?
 
Even if he actually does make Twitter into a real Free Speech Zone ^TM , that still doesn’t change the fact that the site’s core design fosters addiction, parasocial relationships, and obsession over trivial bullshit. The people cheering this on are just trying to pretend that an inherently toxic site is now safe to consoom.
 
Thinking something is a victory because it “triggers the libs” is just a regression back to 2016. Leftists already have a chokehold over the site, and now they’re going to fight even harder to keep it.
 
This is all just kayfabe for rich people exchanging money and stroking their own egos. Simping for billionaires is always pathetic.

This is true. Twitter structurally is flawed to the core and I have a skepticism on it ever being a happy place.

We don’t. Though he has certainly gone further than cheap talk. I think probably it is going to be more like this if I am being realistic

Don’t know what that is, but, yeah, I imagine there has to be some sub communities that are decent and a lot of tiny accounts can get by just doing their own thing. It’s just hard to stay okay when you have the site’s culture and algorithms. I don’t even mean just SJWs, but the right wing reaction/rump groups that exists after what groups that were more neutral/apolitical fandom oriented went more firmly in the left camp during the Trump era. It is very easy to be politicized and rarely people can be flirting with that sanctimonious and still be happy.

Toku is short for tokusatsu, Japanese special effects, more specifically, live action Japanese superheroes, like Kamen Rider and Ultraman. Drama is rare, usually only getting bad if an actor does something shitty, like when the guy from Sun Vulcan became a thief.  
Bizarrely, there were a couple of people in toku Twitter who ended up getting banned for continuous racist remarks. Odd for a fandom consisting of mostly north America for Japan. I think there must be some deeper mental issues those people had to have such cognitive dissonance.

He’s serving the broader goal of the establishment monoparty. He is not hiding that he dislike anonymous accounts on the site, meaning that “free speech” will only be for people who can afford to be canceled under their real identity. That means anyone outside American false choice politics is locked out, like anyone with a world view not derived from Judaism and it’s offshoots.

The Power Rangers fans got all doom-y awhile ago after Hasbro’s Fan-First-Friday event gave an hour to Transformers and then tacked on a cringey 13 minutes of Power Rangers news that wasn’t news. Suddenly everything changed to “Hasbro doesn’t care about the brand!” I mean, I can understand the sentiment, I’ve felt like whatever company was in charge didn’t care since 2004. Sometimes I feel like I’m one of the most cynical Power Rangers fans, then I see the reaction to that fan first thing.  
But yeah, for the most everything is cool. Once Dino Fury has new episodes come out the fans will be tripping over themselves to slobber all over Hasbro’s feet.

Project Brutality, Colorful Hell, and even Freedoom are better than Brutal Doom and 2/3rds of the Guncaster Idtech 1 WADs.

Pride Month should be called 🅱️ride Month from now on and only celebrate Lesbians.

Not thoroughly. Though it has elements inspired by Brutal Doom, Project Brutality is able to be played in a Sourceport (preferably GZ or LZ Doom) without anything used by Brutal Doom

Even though I have much nostalgia for Ocarina of Time, if I try to play it now I only get pissed off.
