The people behind Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey are also making another horror movie, Peter Pan: Neverland Nightmare. This team is jumping on everything Disney has touched as soon as a version of it hits the public domain. The Steamboat Willie version of Mickey will be entering the public domain in 2023, barring further fuckery by Disney. Expect a Mickey horror movie to be announced within days if that happens.

A year ago, Disney’s CFO told a fat joke during the investor call, while revealing Disney’s plan to shrink food portions while raising prices. People are starting to post their experiences with the $10 cake sliver being the latest to really gain attention.

There is a Disney youtuber who went to the park with someone else. They wanted to get two straws to share a milkshake… but you are only allowed one.
 
They also started to ration cups at another park.

Disney’s earnings call went poorly yesterday. They missed their target, and now Disney stock is plunging. They’re already below the nadir price from the beginning of the pandemic, and it’s still falling.

Are they though? Black Rock (aka The Real American Government) can funnel an awful lot of money into the worst financial singularity. Compare Twatter when it owned shares in it to Elon Musk buying those shares…he’s already saying the business might go bust soon.

Margot Robbie’s all-female Pirates movie is axed. The Pirates franchise was one of their surest money-printers, and now it seems to be moribund. Johnny Depp said he wasn’t going to return to Disney after the way they treated him, and there’s no public interest in an entry without him.
