That’s not even an issue now. Trump just signed an executive order going after card companies debanking people. They can not strip away services from people over “reputational damage.” If they violate this they’re going to have a bad time.
Really hurts their whole “republicans are going to take away your porn” narrative, don’t it? Just like every single fucking narrative these clowns always run with. They’re full of shit and they know it. Once it comes out that Trump wasn’t an Epstein client they’ll just find something else to cling to and every now and then still say Trump was an Epstein client anyways even knowing it was debunked. Just like these types still call him a Russian agent when that entire Steele dossier was proven to be a complete hoax.

The executive order only affects those that were debanked, it doesn’t say anything about outlawing payment processors barring their customers from buying explicit material. And EO’s aren’t the law of the land, the banks can challenge it in court if they want to, like every other EO Trump has put out.

Not really, Texas’ loli porn ban is going into effect in September. The Senate will vote on bills again on that month too, with KOSA being one of them. Collective Shout and co. are continuing their campaign, I hear that they’re targeting GTA next. Russell Vought aims to dismantle Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, too. Russ also happens to be a co-author of Project 2025.

Tell me you didn’t read the EO without saying you didn’t read the EO. The order made it quite clear that the goal is to specifically protect freedom of expression and ideas of all forms.
And it’s always Texas did this, this politician did that. Shit isn’t all black and white. There are a lot of republicans who we don’t like. Greg Abbot is one of them. He’s a turncoat clown. I believe it was Trump himself who coined the term RINO. Republican In Name Only. Bush and Clinton are two sides of the same coin.

From debanking, it never said anything about disallowing payment processors from monitoring sexual content. The EO primarily focuses on forcing banks to do business with those it might not agree with politically, which is something else entirely. Payment processors can still refuse to do business on the basis that the product is obscene material, whether such a claim is actually true or not.
