They especially popularize the myth that if you are standing on your property - you cannot get arrested; or that they have freedom of movement. But even if the representatives of the law themselves say that they can arrest you for loitering - even then the stupid liberal pig will lie that they have the freest state in the world.

He wasn’t arrested for loitering specifically, he was arrested for refusing to cooperate with the police investigation after they spent twenty minutes explaining why they needed him to identify himself. If he had just done as was asked he could have walked away from that, which they told him multiple times.

But that video framed the situation deceptively because it was published by a clickbait channel trying to gin up outrage for views which he is clearly profiting from since he opened the video with an ad read.

Nobody says this. If you are committing a crime anywhere in any country in the world, you can get arrested because that’s how law enforcement works. In America, law enforcement does need to obtain a warrant to search your house, but if a court grants the warrant then they can arrest you.

Also, the video you posted depicts a man standing on someone else’s property.

In medieval times, most people were bound to feudal manors and could not leave without their lord’s permission. Some countries today still place tight controls of travel and movement of otherwise law-abiding citizens within national borders while America does not. The man in the video drove from New York to Georgia and the only legal trouble he encountered was from loitering on private property close to his destination.

No they don’t. In bodycam videos like the one you just posted they always give multiple chances to comply with their instructions and only arrest people after they repeatedly refuse. In fact, in the video you posted they kept telling him that if he just identified himself they would let him go if they couldn’t find any outstanding warrants, but he kept refusing to follow one simple instruction that is part of standard police procedure.

yeah, thats right, he was supposed to show his id and say his name even the soldiers are taught to say their real name when captured by the enemy but all the comments say you don’t have to show the id if you did not commit a crime which is excatly why he refused to cooperate. He was brainwashed by these untruthful comments. He listened to liberal nonsense in the comments on videos about cops and got into trouble. The situation is similar with Ukraine: there will be no help from the European left, since everything there will be limited to slogans and declarative solidarity.

cuz car owners feed the cops with endless fines and also owning trucks boosts their small, insecure egos.when a small short man owns a huge fucking redneck truck is so humoristic; modern e -bikes are able also to move fast across long distance . e-bikes is a useful technological achievment. Well, let my opinion coincide with the opinion of liberals when they talk about a fascist state- it’s a sane coincidence.
