He had pretty much everything, meth, fentanyl, weed, caffeine, alcohol, even covid. Most likely he was stupid enough to try paying with fake money while trafficking drugs, then, when police appeared, took all of the drugs (_again_, he did the same thing like a year before, but regrettably lived then) to get busted for smaller crime.
Despite the amount being lethal for perfectly healthy people, much less a junkie with terminal atherosclerosis.
