A nigger is a (stereotypical) dark-skinned criminal, usually stupid, aggressive and entitled (due to praise from media and burn loot murder). It's also used to refer to non-blacks who_*justify_* rampant black crime. Consequently nigging is violent, criminal activity, such as, you know, burning down cities because a junkie died or a pedo-capper was deemed not guilty.
For example, George Floyd, with his multiple drug trafficking convictions, a robbery conviction, and mixing lethal amounts of incompatible drugs (TWICE), is a 100% distilled nigger.
David Dorn, meanwhile, despite being black, wasn't a nigger, he was an upstanding member of society.

Reeaz Khan, who got arrested on assault charges, and the "law enforcers" who ignored a detainer request and released him, letting him go on to rape and murder an elder, are all niggers.
