Are you that guy who claimed the US constitution was written by a “medieval mob?”

A couple of counterpoints here:

> video lawful arrest of peasant for loitering

He wasn’t arrested for loitering specifically, he was arrested for refusing to cooperate with the police investigation after they spent twenty minutes explaining why they needed him to identify himself. If he had just done as was asked he could have walked away from that, which they told him multiple times.

But that video framed the situation deceptively because it was published by a clickbait channel trying to gin up outrage for views which he is clearly profiting from since he opened the video with an ad read.

> the myth that if you are standing on your property - you cannot get arrested

Nobody says this. If you are committing a crime anywhere in any country in the world, you can get arrested because that’s how law enforcement works. In America, law enforcement does need to obtain a warrant to search your house, but if a court grants the warrant then they can arrest you.

Also, the video you posted depicts a man standing on someone else’s property.

> or that they have freedom of movement.

In medieval times, most people were bound to feudal manors and could not leave without their lord’s permission. Some countries today still place tight controls of travel and movement of otherwise law-abiding citizens within national borders while America does not. The man in the video drove from New York to Georgia and the only legal trouble he encountered was from loitering on private property close to his destination.

> the stupid liberal pig will lie that they have the freest state in the world.
No. Liberals constantly say America is a fascist police state (which it isn’t, but that doesn’t stop them from lying)

> Car owners are also stupid. They would be better off riding a bicycle.
Why? Cars are useful because they allow for fast movement across long distances, especially in places where public transit is unreliable or nonexistent.

> they continue to listen to liberal immigration agents and their tales of freedom and blindly go to the USA.
No, most come because they want to make money. It is true that liberals lie and say it’s “freedom” or “fleeing persecution” or whatever, but the vast, vast, vast majority of immigrants care little about “rights” and just come to make money.

> unnatural way of life based on medieval laws.
Where do you get this idea? Do you consider everything before the Industrial Revolution to be “medieval?” You realize that the ‘medieval period,’ as generally defined by historians, ended by 1500, and that by the 1770s Western European nations and their colonies were experiencing ‘The Age of Enlightenment,’ where the remnants of actual ‘medieval’ ideas were actively being criticized and replaced?

> get paid for every arrest.

No they don’t. In bodycam videos like the one you just posted they always give multiple chances to comply with their instructions and only arrest people after they repeatedly refuse. In fact, in the video you posted they kept telling him that if he just identified himself they would let him go if they couldn’t find any outstanding warrants, but he kept refusing to follow one simple instruction that is part of standard police procedure.
