“My, the nature looks so calm and beautiful out, sister.” Terramar told his sister as he and his sister sitting in the sand where the ocean lies before the two hippogriff siblings.
Silverstream giggled as she decided to get closer towards the water.
“Talk about this place being so silent that nobody else is around.” Silverstream reached the water with both claws, just playing in the water for fun briefly. “You know, I have been believing we should stay here for a vacation.”
“Does sound like a fascinating idea, sister!” Terramar agreed, making a screeching noise.
“Might be worth staying for seven days since this looks more tropical… in my opinion.” Silverstream sat down, lying down in the sand with her eyes closed, where she appears to be looking at the sky, which was very high up.
Terramar flapped his wings towards the water for a short time. “I will admit doing something like volleyball would be more exciting.” Terramar said, while staring at the water in front of him.
“We can do that the next time we come here.” Silverstream replied, saving the volleyball thing for another time they visit the same mountains as they are now.
Few minutes later, both hippogriffs have been lying down as they looked up at the sky again, this time without eyes closed. But as the hippogriffs continued silently watch the beautiful blue sky, they heard some sounds and they even felt the ground below the two moving. However, it got louder when the steps became louder.
“Um, what’s the sound?” Silverstream asked Terramar, wondering why the ground below them is shaking.
Unbeknownst to the hippogriff siblings, they heard a voice in a deep tone calling, “Daughter! Son! Are you around somewhere around here?”
“Where is this huge shadow coming from and why is it blocking us from seeing the sky?” Silverstream seemed nervous that a large shadow was looming over her and her brother from viewing the sun and also the sky.
Terramar and Silverstream stood up on all four legs while the shadow still loomed over them.
“Look! Over there!” Terramar pointed his index claw towards a larger hippogriff, which was actually Sky Beak, his father.
Silverstream was surprised but also shocked seeing her father being so large, he was about as tall as a castle. Her brother, Terramar, was also feeling the same way. “I can’t believe father’s gone huge. Why didn’t I imagine it until now?” She wondered why her father is a giant.
Sky Beak, who was giant-sized standing behind the mountains, turned around as he said in a very deep voice, “I know those two are around this place.”
“What do you say we go see our father since he would be pretty happy seeing us?” Silverstream asked her brother, both preferring a chance to see their father being enormous at a place like this.
“Let’s go!” Terramar flapped his wings and fly towards the gigantic Sky Beak, who was still searching for him and Silverstream. Silverstream followed Terramar from behind.
The two kept flying high towards the much larger hippogriff, hoping they can grab him the attention from them. Though Silverstream and Terramar have never seen any creature very huge, especially for a fellow hippogriff such as Sky Beak himself, they still liked the fact that having a huge father does make a big difference.
“Father!” Hey, father, we’re over here!” Silverstream and Terramar yelled loud enough so Sky Beak could hear them, even if they’re still tinier.
The hippogriffs shouted loud enough that in fact Sky Beak heard them not too far away from him.
“Oh, there you are! My beloved children!” Sky Beak turned around and looked at Silverstream and Terramar with happiness inside him, both are still regular-sized hippogriffs in comparison to his large stature.
“I never thought you would be this huge, dad.” Terramar told Sky Beak, feeling a bit nervous about his father becoming a giant.
“How did you end up being this huge, father?” Silverstream was acting flirtatious towards her father, really looking for an answer from her father on how he became a giant. “Oh, come on, tell us! I love you the most!”
Sky Beak thought about it for a second, and a few seconds, he finally spoke, saying, “Let me see… It was some growth spell that could turn any creature into a very large creature, and I was wishing for that for a very long time. And when I wished for it to happen, I became huge and look at me now, a very big hippogriff! Isn’t that exciting?!”
“That is nice…” Silverstream said, agreeing with her father being such an enormous hippogriff. “But you still haven’t told us who used the growth spell.”
“Oh, right, right, I forgot all about that part.” Sky Beak realized he didn’t told his children about who pony used a growth spell to make him larger. “It was Twilight Sparkle that used a growth spell on me.” He said to his children.
“I had no idea Twilight was using a growth spell on you.” Silverstream laughed.
Both Terramar and Silverstream landed onto Sky Beak’s claw, feeling honored that they have a huge, yet gentle father who would always be so proud for his own children.
“Mind me sitting with you both looking at the water nearby?” Sky Beak asked his children.
“Okay, I guess you can come sit with us. After all, we do care for you.” Silverstream said, allowing her father to sit down with her and her brother so they all can watch the ocean together.
While carrying his two small children in his massive claw, Sky Beak walked a bit further with each step shaking the ground loudly and leaving prints containing claws behind. When he sat down on his flank, it shook the ground even louder, and a brief shockwave could be felt. Sky Beak then placed his children down to the sand, where they were before he came.
“It does feel nice having three hippogriffs with one being the bigger hippogriff watching the water all at once.” Silverstream said with thrill, looking happy that they are all together viewing the water that appears before them.
