Yeah but there’s so much radiation in that place that even with a vanishingly small probability of being reflected, there’s enough to make it happen at least a few times.
Not that I really know the exact numbers. I kinda wanna plug those numbers into a path tracer and see what the result is.

The corium, bright, everything else, not really - the whole joke of radiation is that it’s not reflected well by most materials.
Actually, if you consider invisible frequencies of light, that room must be bright as hell
